Vampire Killer and Bloody Tears Done Up Right, Plus Bloody Tears Rap

After our review yesterday, I had an insatiable desire to hear some classic Castlevania tunage.  I thought it would be fun to scour YouTube for some videos as it rarely fails me on these quiet Tuesdays and Thursdays when I need a video post.  There’s certainly a lot of weird stuff out there (no surprise). From awkward, shirtless teens jamming out on their Casio keyboards to live orchestral performances, the arrangements really run the spectrum. I picked out a few of my favorites, including the above video that places original orchestral metal arrangements over footage from Lords of Shadow.

The other videos, which you’ll find after the jump, are less epic and are actually pretty silly. There’s a convincing “Bloody Tears”-meets-Tupac video as well as a nifty beat sampled from Castlevania II. And because it’s not all about silly videos, I’ve also included an impressive piano performance of “Simon Belmont’s Theme” from Castlevania IV.

Hit the jump for the additional videos, and let us know what you think!
