About three months ago on April 21, 2017, an image of Dark Souls LPs surfaced on reddit, the image was sourced from the back pages of a catalogue. At the time there was no further information about the releases until today. It appears that the three double LPs (representative of the soundtracks to Dark Souls, Dark Souls II and Dark Souls III) will be exclusive to ThinkGeek all priced at $34.99 apiece.
Based on the images available of the sets, it does not appear that the composers of the music for the series Motoi Sakuraba, Nobuyoshi Suzuki, Tsukasa Saitoh and Yuka Kitamura are credited anywhere on the cover art, or the LPs themselves. I hope I’m mistaken.
All of the soundtracks were officially licensed and look pretty sharp. You can order them directly at the ThinkGeek here.
Are these Dark Souls LPs worth dying for?

It’d be hilarious if ThinkGeek of all places ended up being better quality than Mondo’s offerings.
