Yes, that’s right. For all you DJs out there, you’ll soon have the opportunity to spin eight of the game’s tracks in a club near you. Square Enix is releasing the Final Fantasy XIII limited edition vinyl this month via their online music store in Japan. I doubt this one will come to the US music store, so get ready to shell out a bunch of money to import it second hand if you’re interested. Perhaps Hamauzu intends to hit the DJ circuit after his recent departure from Square Enix?
The 12-inch record will feature four tracks on each side, including the popular battle theme, “Flash,” and “Pulse de Chocobo.” The complete track breakdown is as follows:
Side A:
Nautilus
Fang’s Theme
Sunleth Waterscape
Daddy’s Got the Blues
Side B:
Pulse de Chocobo
World Without Color
Flash
Ragnarok -Sans Pipe Organ-
Will you be looking for ways to pick this one up yourself? Would you be more inclined to hit up the local clubs if they were jamming game music?
