We previously reported on ThinkGeek’s exclusive release of the Dark Souls soundtrack releases on vinyl. However, on July 27, 2017, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe announced they would be releasing a Europe exclusive Dark Souls Trilogy vinyl set featuring 9 LPs. The image matches exactly an image from a catalogue posted to reddit back in April earlier this year which you can view here.
You can watch the trailer for the set above. Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe describes the set on their YouTube page:
Bring the Age of Fire to your turntable this Fall 2017 with the exclusive DARK SOULS, THE VINYL TRILOGY, a 9-vinyl collector box that includes all the Dark Souls orchestral themes composed by Motoi Sakuraba and Yuka Kitamura! Stay tuned for more info on how to order one of the 2,000 copies available!

Excited fans of this newly announced set have already asked Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe about the possibility of this set coming to North America and they have apologized saying it’s an exclusive and those outside Europe may have to pursue the set through resellers. I’m happy that they have named composers in the video trailer.
If you haven’t already purchased the ThinkGeek editions, is this a set you’ll be pursuing?
