Soon North America will be getting the localization of Rhythm Heaven Megamix (Rhythm Paradise Megamix in Europe) as Nintendo Direct reveals it will be bringing the game to both regions later this year.
Starting with the original game that never made it outside Japan, Rhythm Tengoku (aka. Rhythm Heaven) for the Gameboy Advance in 2006, this new compilation will feature 100 rhythm games, 70 of which have been “carefully selected from previous titles in the series.”. The original game featured several mini-games based around rhythm, and each had their own rules and challenges that are required to be met before unlocking more. The game spawned 3 sequels: Rhythm Heaven, Rhythm Heaven Fever and now this new release.
You can check out this video featuring footage of the game’s Japan release last year for what you can expect once Megamix hits the States, and stay tuned for release dates soon!
